We know life gets busy. That’s why we offer convenient services to help you manage repeat scripts, referrals, and general medical needs through Telehealth all without the stress of waiting for an in-person appointment.

All requests are reviewed by a qualified doctor to ensure safe and appropriate care.

Need to speak to your doctor but can’t make it into the clinic? Our Telehealth service allows you to consult with your GP by phone or video from the comfort of home.

• Available for standard consultations

• Ideal for reviewing results, follow-ups, or non-urgent concerns

• Fees apply, Medicare rebates may apply for eligible patients

• Please note: Not all MVFP Doctors offer Telehealth. Availability may vary by practitioner

Conditions apply. Not all medications are eligible for this service. A full consultation may be required at the request of your Doctor. 

• Available for existing patients only

• Doctor will assess your eligibility before issuing a script

• Strictly for ongoing medications with no recent health changes

• $30 flat fee (payable before script is issued)

• Limited medication supply provided, follow-up appointment will be required

• Not available for certain medications (e.g. controlled drugs)

• If your specialist referral is due to expire and there have been no major changes to your health, we may be able to provide a repeat referral without a consultation.
